I know its only been two weeks but its seems like a lifetime. Since my last post about my little girlie I have been away to LA and Cuba. I’ll start with the first as it chronologically makes sense. I took my mum with me to Hollywood, we had a fantastic time. Saw a few celebrity homes and the Hollywood sign. We walked along Hollywood Blvd, went shopping down Rodeo Drive and in Pasadena, we also rocked our socks off in Universal Studios. Oh yeah, how could I forget Johnny Rockets and ice cream at the Disney Store. Yum Yum!

More recently, so much so it was only yesterday. I got back from Havana with my brother, we spent three nights there, the weather wasn’t great but it was warm, much nicer than your bog standard british December day. We drank Mojitos by day and ate pizza by night (the latter being not so traditional of the region – well, what can you do?) We had a little trip to the beach on one of the days (photos coming soon – as with the ones from LA.) I love all the old cars, it is very in-keeping with the buildings.

I am off to Miami on Sunday and I have Alice’s fashion show on Tuesday when I return so I will be back to write about those, however I will try to be back in the meantime.

I am here in Nairobi, Kenya. I am three hours ahead of all you guys there in the UK. I have worked my way through every item on the room service menu and yet I am still hungry, all I want is some chocolate – Galaxy would be preferable.

Most hotels we stay in have a shop within the confines of the hotel, this one doesn’t. What it does have is a curfew by which I mean crew are not allowed out after dark due to safety and security reasons which means the supermarket nearby is inaccessible.

To add insult to injury I know I have a huge bar of Galaxy at home on my side which I though I could bring with me but I though ‘nah, I’ll get it when I get there’. I won’t be making that mistake again any time soon!

Anyway, enough with the chocolate-related rant.

I’ll write again soon if I make it through the night.

Well, I am in LA, not for much longer though as I will be flying home tonight (its now 18.40 LA time). It was a pretty chilled out flight on the way out, lets hope its the same on the way home.

Anyway, the reason I am making this post. We went to Halloween Horror Night at Universal Studios California last night and it was amazing. Four of us wandered round the park screaming all night long. If anyone ever gets the chance to go to one of these events I thoroughly recommend it.

Well, I have to keep this post short and sweet as I have to get ready now.

I survived! I have just got home from my ‘around-the-world’ trip to the caribbean. Ok, so its not quite around the world, but near enough. There I was thinking that we would be flying straight to Antigua (as did the majority of the passengers) but no no! we were to stop off at Barbados first. This was not amusing to those passengers who had bought direct tickets to Antigua. Especially when our landing resulted in the aircraft going tech which left us sat on the ramp for about three hours.

Annnnnywaaaaay, moaning over. We finally made it to Antigua, and to our hotel. I had a very quick shower, and with the ‘bus juice’ in hand, I headed towards the room party next door. A few drinks later and a plate of fries, I headed back to my room and crashed for the night.

The next morning I went for the quickest sunbathe ever then back to my room for a half arsed attempt to sleep and back to the airport for what was to be a quick flight home.

And now here I am, home again. Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep.

Hey guys, i just wanted to check in with you all before I head to Gatwick tonight. I am off to Antigua tomorrow as many of you will already know. I’m staying overnight in a hotel near the airport as the check in time tomorrow is far too early for my liking so this way I get an extra few hours in bed, also work is paying for it so its a win-win really.

Sucks a little though that i had one less night with my beau, especially as we now embark on our first 15 whole days without seeing one another! Eek! Over two whole weeks, I don’t know how I am going to survive. If I don’t write back here soon then you know I haven’t.

I will write back later when I get to the hotel if I have access to the internet there. I very much doubt I will get a chance to access the internet in Antigua.

I know what you’re thinking… I’m up early?? No. I am still in LA, its just gone 10 o’clock in the evening and I am shattered. We’ve had a busy day at Six Flags: Magic Mountain, we didn’t quite make it to Fright Fest but it was a fantastic day nonetheless. Four of us went in total, we took one of the vans Virgin provide us with at the hotel, its only a 40 minute drive away. The photos as usual will be on here soon.

I’ll tell you now, the superman ride knocked it out of us, especially after we polished off a lot of pizza just before we went on!

Batman The Ride, Superman The Escape, Colossus, Gold Rusher, Tatsu and Viper are the rides that kept us entertained all day long. And although we only touched the surface compared to the amount of rides they have there it was well worth every penny.

I’ve been out shopping too, can you believe, I’ve crammed so much into today! I just love walking around Pasadena, its so mild out at night, just jeans and a t-shirt even in October, its great.

I’m now chillin’ in my room, on iTunes sorting out my library, its such a mess.

Check out is tomorrow afternoon/ evening (12th) so we get the best part of the day here before we leave, its great. I certainly can’t complain about this job, I just can’t get over the fact that we get paid to do this. Sorry to use an American expression but its awesome.

Hi guys, I thought I’d check in with you all, I am off to LA tomorrow for two nights. Hopefully it will be a fun filled trip. I think Six Flags has a fright night as do Universal so a few crew might be up for that.

I am away on the later LA flight, the VS23 (as opposed to the VS7) not that it makes ay real difference, just means I get the better part of the last day to wander the sidewalks of Pasadena and hit the shops one last time before I come home that evening.

This isn’t the only time I will be off to LA this month, I have the same flight later on in the month actually over Halloween, which again I hope will be a great trip!

I haven’t been to LA for a while, the last time was in April with my girlfriend for our two month anniversary (awww).

Anyways, I am off to pack and do some more work, which I am meant to be doing as I write this little short message to you all.

Hello all. I am writing this from my hotel room in Orlando, Florida. I’ve just been shopping and am now chillaxin’ before my flight home tonight.

I am going to keep this brief as I need to go and get ready in a little while. Check back here soon for all my trip photos and more.

Well, all in all I’ve had a pretty productive day (4th October). My room is almost complete. I’ve been to IKEA to pick up the wardrobe and the new blinds and its looking good.

I’m off to Orlando in the morning, I’m not working though, I’m dead heading, the little perk I am yet to experience so it should be fun.

I am off to bed now as I have an early start.
